Amy gave me this recipe today. I’m going to try it soon.

Upside-Down Pizza Casserole

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 can tomato sauce
mozzarella cheese
mushrooms
olives
refrigerated biscuit dough

Brown beef & drain. Add sauce, mushrooms, & olives. Heat through. Transfer to casserole dish and top with cheese, then dough. Bake about 15 minutes.

I think I’ll probably use some really yummy pizza sauce, to make it more pizza-y. Also, I will be leaving out the olives, but adding some other toppings, maybe diced tomatoes. I’ll probably use some other sort of dough, not biscuit, so that it’s even more pizza-y. I love anything pizza-like!
